David Hejna is a writer and retired lawyer. He has a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and bachelor’s degree with distinction in philosophy from the University of Michigan.
David had sympathies for Marxist ideas during college before learning more about history, real life and human nature. David reads non-fiction books about history and politics, and a mix of novels, including literary, crime and spy stories. His favorite author is Michael Connolly. David has been happily married since he was 28.
