About The Psychology of Money: Timeless lessons on wealth, greed, and happiness:
Over 6 million copies sold around the world. The original book from Morgan Housel, the New York Times bestselling author of Same As Ever.
Doing well with money isn’t necessarily about what you know. It’s about how you behave. And behavior is hard to teach, even to really smart people.
Money – investing, personal finance, and business decisions – is typically taught as a math-based field, where data and formulas tell us exactly what to do. But in the real world people don’t make financial decisions on a spreadsheet. They make them at the dinner table, or in a meeting room, where personal history, your own unique view of the world, ego, pride, marketing, and odd incentives are scrambled together.
In The Psychology of Money, award-winning author Morgan Housel shares 19 short stories exploring the strange ways people think about money and teaches you how to make better sense of one of life’s most important topics.

Carolyn Russell, Ph.D., RN
Welcome to *Everyday Holistic Strategies for Wellness*! I’m Carolyn Russell, and I’ve spent my life dedicated to helping individuals achieve balance, vitality, and lasting wellness. With over 40 years as a registered nurse, licensed in both New York and New Jersey, I’ve worked across diverse healthcare settings, witnessing firsthand the incredible resilience and healing potential of the human body.
My passion for integrative health led me to pursue acupuncture, a practice I’ve honed for more than 30 years, holding licensure in New York and New Jersey. I’m also board-certified in Chinese Herbology, bringing the wisdom of traditional Oriental medicine to my practice. As a health kinesiologist and co-founder of the Health Kinesiology Center in Middletown, NY, I’ve had the privilege of supporting countless clients in their wellness journeys, helping them connect mind, body, and spirit.
In addition to my clinical work, I’ve enjoyed teaching and lecturing on topics like Oriental Medicine and The Meridian System, empowering others with knowledge about the principles of holistic healing. As a New York Point Location Examiner for the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), I’ve contributed to maintaining the highest standards in the field of acupuncture.
My book, *Everyday Holistic Strategies for Wellness*, is a culmination of my decades of experience in both Western medicine and Eastern practices. It reflects my deep belief that true health stems from an integrative approach that nurtures the whole person.
Through this book, I hope to share practical, evidence-based strategies that make wellness accessible to everyone, no matter where you are on your journey. Whether you’re new to holistic health or a seasoned practitioner, my goal is to inspire and empower you to create sustainable, lasting changes for a healthier, more balanced life.
