About The Corpse at Caddo Lake:
The Happy Campers RV Club just rolled into the campground at Caddo Lake, an area known for cypress trees dripping with Spanish moss, alligators, and bigfoot sightings, but when an obnoxious tabloid writer is found dead in the woods, it gives a whole new meaning to the phrase ghost writer.
Mystery author and full-time RVer, Anne Marie Chandler, is just trying to enjoy the 4th of July holiday and meet a looming deadline. Even with her eccentric gal pal playing matchmaker, Anne Marie knows she’ll restore balance to her life on this relaxing trip.
But there’s a hiccup in Anne Marie’s plans when she stumbles upon a body on a night hike. Everyone at the campground is a suspect, including her and the legendary Bigfoot. Caught between a deadline and a dead body, Anne Marie delves into a little amateur sleuthing to clear her name and solve the abominable crime. She tracks down the big hairy clues, uncovering lies, secrets, and deceit hidden deep within this idyllic RV community. The only thing certain in Uncertain, Texas is… murder and mayhem!

Author Bio:
I grew up in Lufkin, Texas, in an area called the Piney Woods. It’s a rural area with tons of tall trees. I spent most daylight hours outside, barefoot, up trees, and pretending I lived in the woods. So, it comes as no surprise that I’m transitioning to full-time RV life now as an adult. I still love living in the woods…but with some creature comforts. Glamping, it’s called. My family often camped, and we spent time fishing, hiking, picnicking, and exploring historical sites. Those are still some of my favorite things to do, and you’ll see them reflected in everything I write.
I consider myself a plotter and exploratory writer. I’ve heard the expression that readers live a thousand lives. The same can be said for writers. We are the creators of characters and worlds, and the entire process is magical. But it takes readers to breathe life into those characters and worlds. I couldn’t achieve my writing dreams without my readers. I’m so thankful for you all!
My “Hallmark Hero” and I live in East Texas. I have two beautiful, almost-grown daughters. I can’t wait to share more of our travel adventures with you!
