Rob Lester is the Executive Pastor at Citadel Church, where he implements the Senior Leader’s vision, trains and mentors leaders, and oversees church operations, including conflict resolution, media, and marketing. He plays a vital role in setting structures for church plants (Garrisons) and is actively involved in teaching and preaching. With over a decade of pastoral experience in California and Oklahoma, Rob has held credentials with the Assemblies of God and now holds ordination credentials with Citadel Church.
Beyond his professional life, Rob is a dedicated family man, blessed with five children, two grandchildren, and his wife, Tracy. His ministry reflects a strong commitment to leadership development, community engagement, and fostering a vibrant prophetic culture.
