Eetu Niemi works as an IT consultant in Helsinki, Finland. He is a partner at a boutique enterprise architecture consultancy, Coala. He has worked five years at Accenture and two years in an industry-collaboration research project at the university, which later led to his PhD. With over 12 years of consulting experience and over 15 000 billable hours, he has helped his clients reach better informed decisions and make realistic development plans–without resorting to over-optimism and guesswork.
