About Sara Hoyt, Her Mother’s Daughter by Pam Stevens:
Sandra Stanford and Steven Hoyt from The Reluctant Courier had a daughter, Sara. Sara has grown up under her father’s tutelage. Steven Hoyt, a retired Navy SEAL and US Congressman; who now runs his own high end security business. He trained Sara to be completely self reliant and an expert in self defense. He didn’t want her to need a knight in shinning armor, he wanted her to know how to wield the sword herself! Growing up she would often be seen in military fatigues, running on the SEALS obstacle courses or practicing on the shooting range.
Now Sara is facing the challenge of a lifetime, the one her father tried to prepare her for but hoped she never had to face. He is missing, possibly kidnapped or possibly murdered. No one seems to believe that he is alive, so she has to form her own search party, pairing up with a newly discharged Navy SEAL, Kurt Rutledge, who was looking to work for her father. Sara intends to find out what happened to father no matter what.

Author Bio:
Pam Stevens began writing for a horse magazine in her late twenties, where she wrote articles and did photography work. Always an avid reader, one day, she decided, “I can do this!” and she began writing The Reluctant Courier. Drawing on her own experiences working with horses and animals and people in general, she created Sandi, a young, independent rodeo contestant. Even though the individuals who read The Reluctant Courier all said it was “great” and “better than many published books,” her writing got sidelined by life.
Now at 70 years old, after four children, seven grandchildren, running a couple of businesses, a divorce, a successful remarriage, the death of her father, and eventually her mother passed and she decide to self-publish The Reluctant Courier. Her hope is that her readers enjoy this book and now the latest edition in the story Sara Hoyt, Her Mother’s Daughter; and the others she is working on as much as she enjoys writing them.
