Author Bio:
A native of Wisconsin, Robert Peterson now makes his home in S. Florida with Arthur, his cat. A graduate of Milton College he has taken post-grad courses in archeology, anthropology, and comparative religion. He has done extensive genealogy research on his ancestors; he is of Norwegian heritage on both his mother’s and father’s sides. Early rune stones found near his ancestor’s homes provided the grist for his fictional works that take place in the post-Roman world circa 7th-century C.E. Other works are of a slightly later time in the Norse world, including a stirring semi-fictional account of the life of Ragnar Lothbrok, the greatest King of the Viking era and two volumes of Norse short stories. Magic mixes with history in his four-part series “The Runemaster Chronicles.”
