Nima Fard is a motivator, presenter, coach and corporate manager who has extensive experience researching, writing and presenting business seminars for a diverse group of private and public companies. One Survivors Guide for Beating Depression and Thriving Thereafter is based on Nima’s struggle with the disease of major depression. The author’s hope is for others to benefit from his work as well as to shed light on the disease of depression in an effort to raise the public consciousness about mental illness.
