A skilled musician, Eva spent much of her childhood playing the piano and violin. Her musical background would later inform the rhythmic and evocative quality of her writing. After completing high school, Eva delved into the study of foreign languages, traveling to China, South Korea, and Japan. These cross-cultural experiences broadened her perspective and enriched her storytelling.
