We are flooded with information stating that this type of eating can speed up weight loss, improve our performance, curb our appetite, prevent chronic diseases and improve our health overall. But, is ketogenic diet really so effective? Is it safe long-term, or should it be avoided? Does it even work? These questions might be troubling numerous people who are still undecided. Whether they should begin this diet or not. Well, I don’t have a definitive answer for you. But, I do have few years of experience with this type of eating.
