About Electric Pressure Cooker Cookbook: 325 Delectable Recipes for Quick, Easy, and Nourishing Meals:
Get all the pressure cooker recipes you’ll ever need!
Cooking at home can be a challenge. Maybe you have a busy lifestyle and no time to plan meals. Maybe you just don’t enjoy cooking very much. An electric pressure cooker can change how you approach the kitchen. Electric pressure cookers look like slow cookers, but they do something very different. Thanks to an air-tight seal on the lid, pressure cookers raise the boiling point of water and significantly reduce how long it takes to cook food.
Meals that usually take a long time are on your table quickly. For example, a whole 2-3 pound chicken that takes over an hour in the oven takes just 12-18 minutes in a pressure cooker! In this book, you’ll learn all about pressure cooking, including its history, how it works, and why it’s one of the best cooking methods out there. You’ll also learn how to choose the brand that works for you and how to use the different programs and manual options.
To keep your pressure cooker in great shape, cleaning it is important, so you’ll learn how to do that, too. Got slow cooker recipes you want to convert? You’ll find conversion charts and time charts for common foods. The recipes are the heart of this book, so get ready for new favorites like:
Homemade yogurt (regular and vegan!)
Chinese pork belly
Chickpea curry
Balsamic chicken thighs
Spicy lemon salmon
Apple dumplings
100 of the recipes use only 5 ingredients, so if you’re looking for easy, delicious dishes, start with that part of the book! You’ll also find vegan and Paleo meals. Your electric pressure cooker will soon become your favorite appliance and you’ll wonder how you ever cooked without it.
