Surajit Sarkar is a distinguished educator, dedicated teacher, and passionate advocate for childhood education and emotional development. With over thirty years of exemplary service in the field of education, Surajit has touched the lives of countless children and their families, guiding them towards a brighter and more emotionally intelligent future.
Born and raised in West Bengal, India, Surajit’s journey to education began in 1994. Two years later, in 1996, he founded the Golden Childhood Institution in Maynaguri, West Bengal, an esteemed school dedicated to fostering the holistic development of children. His institution has since become a beacon of innovative educational practices and emotional support for young minds.
Surajit’s academic background in science, coupled with his deep interest in positive psychology, medical hypnosis, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), has uniquely positioned him to address the complex emotional and psychological needs of children. He holds a Fellowship in Cardiac Rehabilitation from Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad, and is a member of several esteemed career counseling organizations in India and abroad, including the National Career Counselling Institute, the Counsellors Council of India.
