The author challenged me to identify life experiences that are unproductive, unhealthy, and contributes to an unhealthy environment. The book made me take an honest look at myself. The author provided me tools to resolve inner/outer conflicts that for me, resulted in an opportunity for peace by renewing the mind. I was challenged to become a peacemaker rather than continue as a peacekeeper.”
