Avalon

About Avalon:

My Demon, My Jesus: An Extraordinary, True Story of Surviving Suicide, Defeating Depression and Demonic Oppression, and Discovering Real Joy by Blue Tapp

My Demon, My Jesus: An Extraordinary, True Story of Surviving Suicide, Defeating Depression and Demonic Oppression, and Discovering Real Joy by Blue Tapp

A near-death experience, a botched suicide that worked… then didn’t.

God had another plan.

“My Demon, My Jesus” is a Christian memoir about the author’s struggle with suicidal depression and how she conquered her demons.

At 30 years old, Blue Tapp attempted suicide by swallowing a handful of sleeping pills. Her spirit left her body before she was brought back to life in the hospital. Blue is alive today because God miraculously saved her life. Four angels appeared and helped her call for help before she died.

However Blue’s battle with depression was far from over. She spent the next three years addicted to prescription medication under the care of a psychiatrist. But pills cannot cure depression.

Today Blue is completely free of depression and medication. She has learned the keys to living an amazing life of joy and victory. ”My Demon, My Jesus” describes her healing process through meditative prayer. Others who suffer from depression can follow these same steps to reach true lasting healing.

Blue’s healing was miraculous. But it was not instantaneous. It was a process of learning how to think in a healthy way, how to shift thought patterns and spirit life from defeat to victory. Blue’s journey will help others climb their way out of the trap of poisonous thought patterns and prescribed drug addictions. There are so many people fighting this battle…

Blue’s story took another extraordinary twist in 2019. She began experiencing astonishing visions where her soul was taken to heaven to pray for the world with millions of other saints. Today the visions continue weekly with messages from heaven. God wants us to know that He loves and cares deeply about each one of us. He wants us to know Him intimately. All believers are being called to join with the saints in praying for our world, for a great awakening that will draw multitudes of people to the heart of God.

One of God’s charges was to write everything down, every vision in detail. As she did this, a connection became apparent between the visions and her own life journey, from her early experiences of demonic oppression and suicidal depression to eventual miraculous healing. The visions about God’s love were a message of hope to everyone battling depression.

So she’s told it all… from a demonically oppressed disturbed child who also fell in love with Jesus and prayed to become a Christian at six years old…to a suicidally depressed young adult who overdosed on sleeping pills and was brought back from death in the hospital…to years addicted to prescription drugs…to miraculous healing, victorious life, and divine visions. Don’t miss this incredible true story!

Learning How to Fly by Britt Lind

Learning How to Fly by Britt Lind

From the time she was three years old living in Norway, Britt loved animals and surrounded herself with them. When she moved with her family to America, she discovered she also loved performing. But she had parents who considered all of that a sin. Even cheerleading was a big no-no, but somehow Britt managed to overcome their objections.

After Clint Eastwood cast her in Play Misty for Me while living in Carmel, she moved to L.A. and quickly was able to obtain work. Featured roles led to co-starring roles, which led to guest-starring roles. She married a producer, had a beautiful baby girl and was working as an actress. She had it all. Then tragedy struck and she lost everything. Acting work became hard to find, and life became a matter of survival.

After a daring move to New York, she found herself singing in Carnegie Hall with a gospel group and working in a musical. But still, she felt she had not lived up to her expectations, and she became overwhelmed with hopelessness. But a God-given epiphany set her back on track, and she realized she had a very good reason to go on.

The Light in the Himalayas, Chronicles of Discovery by M.G. Hawking

About The Light in the Himalayas, Chronicles of Discovery by M.G. Hawking:

Free on Amazon September 25th thru September 27th, always Free on Kindle Unlimited. Explore the discovery of a mysterious world hidden deep in the wilderness of the Great Himalayan Range. On an extended trek into a closed and largely unexplored inner region of the majestic frozen fortress of the Himalayas, in an isolated valley surrounded by vast snow fields and towering ice peaks, explorer M.G. Hawking chanced on a beautiful small village where he encountered extraordinary men and women possessed of wisdom and abilities virtually unknown to the Western world.
This book contains detailed narratives of Hawking’s experiences, including first-hand accounts of the psychokinetic abilities he witnessed and in-depth descriptions of his discussions with the sages he met, revealing the esoteric knowledge that made such extraordinary abilities possible.
Scholars relate that the first mention of this fabled realm appears in the scriptures of the pre-Tibetan Zhang Zhung culture which arose some 4000 years ago on the remote Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Compelling references continue through the millennia in numerous esoteric texts: the sacred B’on treatises, manuscripts of the Kalki lore, the Puranas, the earliest texts of the Kalachakra Laghutantra, in the even older Kalachakra Mulatantra (c. 900 BC), and in the ancient wisdom traditions of civilizations throughout the Himalayan regions of Asia and beyond.
The Zhang Zhung and Tibetan scriptures refer to the mysterious world as Shambhala I lam-yig, B’on treaties as Olmolungring, Hindu histories as Aryavarth, Chinese as Hsi Tien, and Russian traditions as Belovoyde. In an esoteric treatise composed in the early 1500s by Ensapa Lobsang Döndrup, the Third Panchen Lama describes his remarkable visit to a land of wise masters hidden deep in the Himalayas. A rare manuscript written in 1592 by Antonio Monserrate, a Spanish missionary to the court of the Mughal emperor Akbar, speaks of his experiences in a remote valley in the high mountains where great sages reside. A remarkably similar account is found as recently as the late 1700s, written by the esteemed Sixth Panchen Lama, Lobsang Palden Yeshe.
From the Publisher: Our team at Wisdom Masters Press has worked to compose a series of books based on the records explorer M.G. Hawking kept during his five years in remote regions of the Himalayas. This was a complex assignment; Hawking accumulated hundreds upon hundreds of pages of hand-written journal entries and field notes, all of which had to be sorted, cataloged, indexed, and organized in a manner conducive to producing books from such a treasury of material. Yet it was a fascinating if formidable task, one which so often filled us with a deep sense of wonder and inspiration.
As entertaining as it is deeply enlightening, this is a truly incomparable volume for anyone interested in expanding their knowledge and personal power, and notably fascinating for anyone interested in exploring the realities underlying the ancient accounts of a legendary world of light in the Himalayan wilderness. 2021 Special Edition Anthology, e-reader page count 276 (estimated). A Kindle Unlimited Book. For more information, please see the ‘Look Inside’ feature on the book’s Amazon page. Thank you.

Encounters with the Celestials, The Living Part of a Timeless Legend: From the Himalayan Journals of M.G. Hawking

About Encounters with the Celestials, The Living Part of a Timeless Legend: From the Himalayan Journals of M.G. Hawking:

Free on Amazon September 14th and 15th. Explore the Secret Realities of a Compelling Ancient Legend. The creation stories and wisdom traditions of civilizations worldwide relate that their progenitors came from the stars, the sky, or the heavens.
Native Americans recount that their antecedents were the “Sky People” and “Star Beings.” The builders of Teotihuacan describe their gods as having descended from the heavens. Egyptian texts speak of their “bringers of knowledge” coming from Sahu and Sopdit (Orion and Sirius) in a “cosmic egg radiating colored light.” The pre-Tibetan Zhang Zhung, the Maya, the pre-Incans, the Sumerians, and so many others, all express essentially the same account in diverse symbolic languages—their ancestors came from the stars, bringing advanced knowledge and the gift of civilization. These cultures were greatly separated both geographically and chronologically, yet their creation stories are strikingly similar. What could explain this?
Throughout Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and the Himalayan regions of India, there has endured an extraordinary legend of the Ri-iha-mo, the celestials or “mountain goddesses” who, having arrived from “another world” in antediluvian times, still dwell in a concealed inner region of the immense frozen fortress of the Great Himalayan Range.
Transcribed directly from the archived field notes and journals of explorer M.G. Hawking’s sixty-two months in the Himalayan regions of Nepal, this book contains detailed descriptions of three encounters Hawking and his companions experienced with what they believe were these fabled mountain goddesses, providing unprecedented accounts of the remarkable knowledge they revealed.
During Hawking’s encounters with the Ri-iha-mo, they disclosed profound revelations about our Universe, our planet, and our true nature, revelations that can greatly assist in understanding ourselves, our world, and our role and power in creating precisely the life we desire.
From the Author: “The knowledge expressed in this book is an intensely profound thing that one hopes will have relevance to others, will offer them insight and guidance, will greatly increase their personal knowledge and power, will be validated by their experience, or, at the very least, will stimulate them to search further on their own. The viewpoints expressed by the Ri-iha-mo reveal not only highly advanced knowledge, but also the search of an extraterrestrial culture at a particular stage of its evolution. In this it reflects a widely emerging pattern in our own culture as well, that of a search for direction in the Universe—a reawakening of a seeking begun by the original pre-Socratic philosophers, one that goes further back than even the roots of religion—the search for a connection with our origins and power in the Cosmos that gave rise to us and within which we continue the creation our individual lives. As the knowledge and insights expressed by the Ri-iha-mo arise from a culture and civilization several million years in advance of our own, it deserves our most careful consideration.”
An unprecedented account that is thought provoking and richly enlightening, this book will remain in your heart and mind long after the last words have been read. 2022 Edition, e-reader page count 348. Includes chapters on ‘Visualization Practice’, ‘The Great Mysteries of Ancient Egypt’, ‘Evolving an Understanding of the Living Universe’, ‘Moving Toward a New World View’, and ‘Critiques and Additional Thoughts’. The Illumination, A Story of the Magic of Life and The Light by M.G. Hawking

About The Illumination, A Story of the Magic of Life and The Light by M.G. Hawking:

Free on Amazon September 13th thru September 17th. Explore one of the most fascinating of all mysteries: Enlightenment, what is it? Debated for millennia, this intriguing question may at last have an answer.
Deep in the immense wilderness of the Himalayas, surrounded by towering ice peaks, explorer M.G. Hawking has an encounter that sheds light on this fascinating question, an experience that illuminates the secrets of life.
In recent times, profound discoveries in the field of quantum physics have greatly enlarged our understanding of our world, consciousness, and the true nature of reality.
“Quantum physics reveals a basic oneness of the universe. Multiplicity is only apparent; in truth, there is only one mind.” —Erwin Schrödinger, Nobel Laureate
“All matter originates and exists only by virtue of the existence of consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness. The mind is the matrix of all matter.” —Max Planck, Nobel Laureate
The same fundamental concept has been expressed by Eastern mystics and sages since the dawn of history, the philosophy of one mind, of the one-consciousness present in all things. Is the experience of enlightenment the direct experience of this one mind? If so, what does it reveal?
Compelling and inspirational, this account of an enlightenment experience will stay with you long after the last words have been read. An important book for anyone on a spiritual path and seeking expanded awareness. For more information, please see the description and ‘Look Inside’ feature on the book’s Amazon page. Thank you.

Duck and Cover, Growing Up in the Atomic Age by William C. Philips

About Duck and Cover, Growing Up in the Atomic Age by William C. Philips:

Despite the subtitle, ‘Growing up in the Atomic Age,’ Philips assures readers that the experimental radium doses he received as a child did not contribute to his growth or endow him with any superpowers…yet.

DUCK & COVER is a time machine to the Atomic Age–the reader experiences the joys, tragedies, fears, and adventures of a Baby Boomer growing up through the 1950s and onwards. But there was a downside–the threat of nuclear war. Without downplaying the seriousness of a possible atomic attack in the ’50s and early ’60s, Philips finds humor in nuclear annihilation in the titular story, “Duck and Cover.” And ultimately, the book is a memoir of not just one person but a generation. Fans of Dave Barry and Garrison Keilor will laugh (and cry) reading this humorous memoir of a bygone era.

From Beyond Our World, The Profound Message by M.G. Hawking and Heather Cantrell

About From Beyond Our World, The Profound Message by M.G. Hawking and Heather Cantrell:

Free on Amazon September 9th thru September 13th. While deep in the Great Range of the Himalaya, the author and his companions experienced three encounters with individuals they believe to have been the fabled Ri-iha-mo, the “mountain celestials” of ancient legend. Experience these extraordinary encounters for yourself and explore the profound message conveyed by the Ri-iha-mo.
Throughout the Himalayan regions of Asia, there have endured remarkable accounts of “celestial beings” who, having arrived from “another world” in an antediluvian era of prehistory, still dwell in a concealed inner region of the immense frozen fortress of the Great Range. Are these ubiquitous legends merely myths? Or are they representative of some vaguely remembered reality passed down through generations beyond count?
Absent an ember, there can be no smoke; there is a kernel of truth in all such ancient legends and they cannot be easily, or wisely, dismissed, especially in light of today’s astronomical knowledge. Current estimates of the number of planets in the known universe is 80 sextillion (an 8 with 22 zeros behind it) (JPL/Caltech, 2020).
In the largest sense, this book deals with fundamental concepts about our world as expressed to us by the Ri-iha-mo. The average person’s perceptual concepts of day-to-day “reality” do not have, nor have ever had, a fixed ontology. Multiple versions of “reality” are presented and enacted theoretically by the natural sciences, the social sciences, political science, as well as by various theologies. And those multiple ontologies clash in many profound aspects.
By shaping our understanding of the world, concepts influence not only the reality we live in, but the reality we aspire to live in. And yet, those concepts have neither given nor fixed identities, but only contested and largely precarious histories. The concepts we have so far accepted about “reality” have led us to the present global situation as well as our personal life situation, and the concepts we accept about reality will be crucial to the sort of world we will inhabit in the future.
Some valuable ideas have been suggested to study those multiple concepts of “reality”—they consider it this way: The driving question is no longer ‘what is the truth?’, but ‘what result does any given concept have in practice?’ This is a practical and effective approach. And herein lies the value of this book—the concepts explained to us by the Ri-iha-mo penetrate to a deep and perhaps most fundamental level of reality. Their concepts point to a new paradigm; of ideas, of realizations, of a profoundly deeper understanding of our world, e.g.:
“The Universe is a living thing, a cosmic unity of conscious process rather than a chaotic array of unrelated parts, as most of your species believe.” —Proci, a Celestial
Transcribed directly from the journals of explorer M.G. Hawking’s sixty-two months in the Himalayas, this book contains detailed narratives of the conversations the author and his companions had with the actual Ri-iha-mo, the legendary celestials, or “mountain goddesses,” as the Tibetan term translates. During their second and third encounters, the Ri-iha-mo disclosed extraordinary knowledge about our universe, our planet, and our true nature, wisdom that can greatly assist in understanding ourselves, our world, and our role and power in creating precisely the life we desire.
An incomparable book for anyone interested in expanding their knowledge and personal power, and deeply rewarding for those fascinated with the endless ancient accounts of extraterrestrial influences. 2021 Edition Kindle Unlimited Book, e-reader page count 320 (estimated, varies depending on the reading device used). Prophecies of a Himalayan Sage, The Journals of Explorer M.G. Hawking

About Prophecies of a Himalayan Sage, The Journals of Explorer M.G. Hawking:

Free on Amazon September 7th and 8th. Explore the extraordinary wisdom and prophetic Insights of a true Himalayan Sage. Every thinking person recognizes that humanity is in crisis, ecologically, spiritually, and very clearly politically; in fact, any way you look at it. Theology has crumbled and political theory collapsed; technology complicates life and war; “critical race theory” and media corruption subvert truth to enthrone ignorance; religious fanaticism terrorizes citizens, inflames the world, and imperils every rational nation on our planet.
Radicalism is not alone in imperiling democracy worldwide. A spreading plague of misinformation gives rise to a corollary to Gresham’s Law (“bad money drives out good”)—misinformation pushes aside knowledge. Democracy is the most difficult of all forms of government since it requires an educated voting populace and the widest spread of undistorted information. We must not forgot to keep ourselves truthfully informed if we are to keep ourselves free and sovereign.
“At every step history teaches us how fragile and superficial a structure civilization is, and how precariously it is poised upon the apex of a never extinct volcano of oppressed barbarism, superstition, and ignorance. Modern civilization is a thin veneer superimposed upon the Middle Ages, which always remain.”
Why is this happening? And why at this point in our civilization? Are there answers to these questions?
On an extended trek in the remote Himalayas, explorer M.G. Hawking chanced on an extraordinary opportunity. A series of adventures led him to an ancient Oracle Temple where he encountered a true Himalayan Sage. The author’s discussions with the savant covered a wide range of subjects, revealing a series of profound insights: “In your country what was once a government of reason and law has been replaced by a tyranny of men. The sovereignty of the people has become a sovereignty of manipulators, politicians as conscious agents of a great deception, the power of which dements even more than it corrupts. Your society is divided into a tiny group of men who choose and decide, and a small number of others who know far less and decide nothing yet wield power in conformity with the hidden policies, those who gather in your congress to go through the motions of democracy’s ghost…” —The Sage
Explore knowledge that has long remained concealed under layers of deception and secrecy. A truly incomparable book for anyone interested in the welfare of their country, their personal welfare, and that of their family. 2021 Edition Kindle Unlimited Book, e-reader page count 353 (estimated, actual count varies with the reading device). Who Says You Can’t Go Home by B. Loren

Who Says You Can’t Go Home by B. Loren

Being an outsider is tough.
Being an outsider in your own home and not knowing why is soul-crushing.
It is isolating, painful, and confusing. Loneliness and longing are your reality. You’re consumed with guilt, self-deprecating inner dialogue, and the fear of doing even the most minor thing wrong. You spend a lot of time alone…even when you’re not. You watch a lot of TV. This is all your fault. Obviously, you are living this way because of something you did to warrant it. If they beat you, you deserved it. If they punish you, you asked for it. You never want to go home, but you don’t have a choice because you’ve never had a choice.
This is it.
This is what you have.
This is all you know.
And yet, you still smile when you sometimes catch a glimpse of the sweeter things and treasure the slightest kindness. You know life isn’t supposed to be like this, but it is. Your life is like a bubble of poison gas that could burst at any moment…you know that. You live that. But how are you supposed to make sense of any of this? How do you make it stop? You can’t. You are powerless. You haven’t even reached kindergarten yet.
From a severely abusive childhood in the inner city of Baltimore, a string of unsatisfying relationships, and several broken marriages, to a six-figure income from the multi-million-dollar business I built out of my home, this is my story in my own words. I was stolen as a baby when my mother died. I was lied to by my kidnapper and used as a Cinderella punching bag by his never-ending parade of “step-mothers” and girlfriends, and much worse when he didn’t have one.
This memoir covers the good, the bad, and the ugly. As this story unfolds, I hope the reader will discover a little girl who survived that abusive childhood, healed and empowered herself through discipline and hard work. I hope you see a girl who became a woman who learned from her mistakes and a whole human being who loves her newfound family with all her heart. I am no longer an outsider. I can go home now.

***The book was edited and reorganized because while it was being published, Jim and I were in the middle of moving to Surfside Beach, South Carolina, and he had COVID. I sent it to be published without the proper due diligence of proofreading it.
As time passed, I found that I was not happy with the work being out of order, so I invested my time into improving it. I truly hope it’s a better read now, and I honestly hope that the readers find something worthwhile in reading it.***

Secrets of the Ancient World, Shangri-La: The Himalayan Journals of M.G. Hawking

About Secrets of the Ancient World, Shangri-La: The Himalayan Journals of M.G. Hawking:

Free on Amazon August 27th thru August 31st. Explore the first modern account of the reality of an extraordinary legend that has endured from the very threshold of history, the Fabled Lost World of Shangri-La. First depicted in the novel ‘Lost Horizon’ (Hilton, 1933), the concept for Shangri-La was inspired by the legends of Shambhala that are so prevalent in the ancient wisdom traditions of cultures throughout the Himalayan regions of Asia and beyond.
Scholars relate that the 4000 year-old scriptures of the pre-Tibetan Zhang Zhung culture are the earliest extant references to this mysterious realm, yet it is represented in a wide range of ancient texts: the pre-Buddhist B’on writings, the Kalki lore, the Puranas, in the earliest texts of the Kalachakra Laghutantra (c. 500 BC), and in the even more ancient Kalachakra Mulatantra (c. 900 BC). The Zhang Zhung and Tibetan scriptures refer to the hidden sanctuary as Shambhala I lam-yig, B’on treaties as Olmolungring, Hindu histories as Aryavarth, Chinese as Hsi Tien, and Russian traditions as Belovoyde. In the Western world, it has of course become best known as Shambhala, Shamballa, or Shangri-La.
On an extended trek in a closed and largely unexplored inner region of the majestic Himalayan wilderness, in an isolated valley surrounded by vast snow fields and towering ice peaks, explorer M.G. Hawking chanced on a beautiful small village where he encountered remarkable men and women, introduced to him as “masters” and “adepts.”
Our team at Wisdom Masters Press has worked diligently to compose a series of books based on Hawking’s records of his sixty-two months in that remote region of the Himalayas. This was a complex assignment; Hawking had accumulated hundreds upon hundreds of pages of hand-written journal notes and field notes, all of which had to be sorted, cataloged, and organized in a manner conducive to producing books from such a treasury of material. Yet it was a fascinating if formidable task, one which so often filled us with a deep sense of wonder and inspiration.
This book, the passage to Shangri-La, contains an anthology drawn from both the primary series and the companion volumes. These anthological narratives contain detailed accounts of Hawking’s various experiences and conversations, including first-hand accounts of the psychokinetic abilities he witnessed and in-depth descriptions of his discussions with the masters and sages, revealing the esoteric knowledge that made such extraordinary abilities possible.
A truly incomparable book for anyone interested in expanding their knowledge, and notably fascinating for anyone interested in exploring the realities underlying the ancient legends of Shangri-La. 2020 Edition, a Kindle Unlimited Book, e-reader page count 257 (estimated, varies with the reading device used). The Hero Within by Craig W. Huber

The Hero Within by Craig W. Huber

He hadn’t a worry in the world until he received a deadly diagnosis. Would one man’s faith get him through the fear?

Craig Huber was living the dream. Now a hard-working sales professional with an unswervingly supportive and caring wife by his side, after nearly two decades serving as a full-time minister in Central and South America he knew how blessed his life had been. But when odd physical symptoms sent him to the doctor, his heart sank at the crippling words of his physician: late-stage liver disease.

Told he didn’t stand a shot at survival without a transplant, Craig and his family struggled to keep their patience as they waited for test results. So when he got the coveted call announcing a donor match, the determined fighter rolled up his sleeves for the long and arduous road to recovery.

In this uplifting account of courage and strength, transplant survivor Craig Huber walks readers down the unpredictable path of a harrowing medical ordeal. And with an unwavering belief in God’s plan, this inspiring man’s story will remind you that every hurdle is only a step in becoming the strongest and most fulfilled version of yourself.

The Hero Within is a powerful memoir of rising above life’s toughest obstacles and finding determination. If you like open and honest experiences, organ donor insights, and heartwarming second chances, then you’ll love Craig W. Huber’s eye-opening journey of healing.

Finding Shambhala: In The Valley of Supreme Masters, from the Journals of M.G. Hawking

About Finding Shambhala: In The Valley of Supreme Masters, from the Journals of M.G. Hawking:

Free on Amazon August 3rd and 4th. Journey into the world of a profound legend through this unprecedented first-hand account to explore a reality that for millenniums has remained concealed under layers of myth and secrecy.
Rarely has the world been so enduringly fascinated by an ancient legend as it has with the historically ubiquitous stories of Shambhala, the fabled hidden sanctuary of highly enlightened sages deep in the immense frozen fortress of the Great Range of the Himalaya.
Years ago, on an extended trek into a closed and largely unexplored inner region of that vast wilderness, in an isolated valley surrounded by towering ice peaks, explorer M.G. Hawking chanced on a beautiful small village where he encountered extraordinary men and women, introduced to him as “masters” and “adepts.”
The team at Wisdom Masters Press has composed a series of books based on Hawking’s journals of his experiences in a remote area of the Himalayas. This was a complex project; during his sixty-two months in those regions, Hawking accumulated many hundreds of pages of hand-written journal entries and field notes, all of which had to be sorted, cataloged, indexed, and organized in a manner conducive to producing books from such a treasury of material. It was a fascinating if formidable task, one which so often filled us with a deep sense of wonder and inspiration.
“The more developed the individual consciousness the more persistently it will seek its true source, like a child strayed from its parent, or a wanderer longing for home. If it is capable of patient study and meditation, it may find the ladder down which it came, and will climb back to its heights.” —Himalayan Master R.K.
This book, Finding Shambhala, is an anthology containing comprehensive accounts of Hawking’s various experiences and conversations, including first-hand narratives of the extraordinary powers and abilities he witnessed and in-depth descriptions of the esoteric knowledge that make such remarkable capabilities possible.
A truly incomparable book for anyone interested in expanding their knowledge and personal power, and notably fascinating for anyone interested in exploring the realities behind the ancient legends of Shambhala. 2021 Edition Anthology, e-reader page count 302 (estimated, actual count varies depending on the reading device used). A Kindle Unlimited book. For more information, please see the ‘Look Inside’ feature on the book’s Amazon page. Thank you.
