About Adam & Street Dogs: Short Stories for Children (Adventure in Nature) by M Sitohy:
This book is for all children who love spending time with their loved ones. In addition, caring elders will be happy to discover and feel some of life’s values, as exemplified in this story. The hero of this story cares so much for the street animals, particularly dogs, who reciprocate the same feelings. These feelings were transformed into action when the events necessitate their actions. The parents of Adam did not like this relationship as they think street dogs are the source of many diseases and can be dangerous. The story events orientated Adam to change attitudes and adopt the case of the homeless dogs. Interacting with and living the story will create a pleasant vacation time, detaching kids from addiction to passive video watching or gaming. This story is suitable for both girls and boys and will help them to respect nature, living creatures, and each other. Moreover, this story will help children create corresponding scenarios in their minds, imparting them creative and innovative capabilities. This book is an excellent choice to add to your child’s library. Happy reading time.

Author Bio:
The writer (Mahmoud Sitohy) grew up in the valiant city of Suez located on the Red Sea in the Republic of Egypt and at the foot of the Suez Canal, where he daily enjoyed watching the sea waves from one side and a mountain hiding a part of the sea from the other side. Behind both of them, a clear sky and extending vast horizons are overwhelming. The ships coming from the far unknown horizon were daily crossing the Suez Canal. He observed these ships appearing as small spots on the distant horizon until they take the whole scene bringing and telling valuable information and cultures. The environment in which he lived was suggestive, inspiring, and motivating to contribute to this world’s discovery. The writer explored many literary and scientific cultures available in that distant time, which resulted in the Egyptian Enlightenment movement at the beginning and middle of the twentieth century. The writer lived through four wars between Egypt and Israel, 1948, 1956, 1967, and 1973. The first was the date of his birth, the second his childhood, the third and fourth wars marked the beginning and vigor of youth successively. As a result, the issues of the homeland occupied his conscience in his upbringing. Being conflicted by scientific interests and the flood of literary creativity in his early youth, he decided to keep the two, such that science becomes his profession and literature his passion. Thus science remained at the surface while literature and philosophy resided in his warm interior and deep conscience. Under working in the field of science as a researcher and professor in biochemistry, most time was spent entirely in scientific activity. However, literature and philosophy always occupied the conscience as a latent volcano or a spring of hot groundwater lying under the hot surface waiting for flooding. So when the right time came, he had a lot to say to his peers, his students, and the future generations. He started publishing many articles on social media pages and literary electronic sites, perhaps conveying buried ideas that often lived under the surface, looking for the appropriate opportunity to flow to interact with the beautiful minds.
