The sun advises him to seek out the Sky Painter who can give him the help he needs. he goes to the Sky Painter who is busy painting and advises him he should watch the earth. He sees the Sky Painter twice and both times she gives him the same advice. He watches the earth and sees people appreciating the fall of the rain. He returns one final time to the Sky Painter to say he understands and she finally shows him what she has been painting,,,
