At 7 a.m. each morning, I sat in front of the TV and watched the news. In time, I noticed a pattern of increasing violence develop around the world, covering the planet like a morbid blanket: mass-shootings, riots, parents killing their families, kids killing kids, and other ferocious, random acts always too horrific to dwell on.
I knew I had to do something because I was the only one who saw the pattern, the flaw in thinking the violence was linked to a social disease.
The end was coming.
Ever since I was a kid, I fantasized about writing stories – putting pen to paper and letting my imagination take me away. I think everyone has a little bit of writer and a little bit of that kid that still wants to take his imagination to the next step.
Today, everything feels like a rat race; just rushing around doing 10 different things at once from the time you wake up to the time you fall asleep.
Back when I was younger, people would take time to spend a couple hours just reading a book.
They just needed a break from the world around them, and this is something that I hope people get when they read mine. I hope my books give you Nightmares for years to come.
Enjoy the stories……
