About Make More Offers: A Business Fable for Therapists Building a Private Pay Practice:
Luke is a skilled couples therapist whose private practice is stalling despite his clinical expertise. Faced with unpredictable revenue, no-show clients, and a personal life that no longer permits financial uncertainty, Luke realizes the traditional “grad school playbook” is failing him. He discovers that the disconnect isn’t his skill level, but his communication.
Make More Offers is a business story designed to help professionals who excel at their craft but struggle to make the business side click. It explores the shift from selling clinical hours to designing structured offers that bridge the gap between how therapists describe their work and how clients actually experience it.
