Ramon lives in Australia on the Sunshine Coast hinterland about half an hour from Noosa Beach and the local mountains. He retired early at age 57 from a career spanning Communication, Product Development, Strategy and Business Consultancy. Ramon is passionate about wellness and positive psychology which compliment his Master Trainer qualifications.
Early into retirement Ramon was thrown a curve ball – via a serious spinal condition challenging his mobility and almost derailing his retirement dreams. His training and ongoing education in mental, emotional and physical well-being became critical to his recovery and ability to keep the dream alive. Surgery also helped!
He has always been determined to own his outcomes and not blame others or circumstances for where he is emotionally, physically and mentally. Ramon recognizes that we are responsible for developing the best versions of ourselves and is committed to helping others achieve their goals.
