Some bargains are too good to be true.
Shouri, an arrogant and calculating buyer on a strict budget, thinks he has just stumbled upon the real estate deal of a lifetime: a fully furnished apartment in a premium society for half the market price.
The builder, Ramesh, claims he is drowning in debt and desperate for immediate cash. Shouri, who loves nothing more than outsmarting a desperate man, couldn’t care less why the price is so shockingly low. He only cares about the math.
But as the negotiation drags deep into a stormy night, the atmosphere inside the dark, isolated flat begins to shift. There is a reason the heavy blackout curtains covering the balcony doors are locked tightly shut. There is a reason this specific unit has been hidden from the market.
As Shouri pushes for an even bigger discount, he demands to know the real history of the apartment. But some questions are better left unasked. Shouri is about to discover that he hasn’t found a lucky deal at allโhe has walked directly into a meticulously planned trap.
