This book is really small and it is kept that way because each affirmation has to go deep to make the required behavior change and that requires constant repetition on your part.
I don’t want to sugar coat though it helps to sell books, making it thicker than it is now would also have helped in selling it, but for it to work what really is required is essential content and it’s constant practice.
