“The day he died, nothing was the same.” A short poetry ‘EP’ from Emmanuel Osikpa as he delves among the cleansing aftermath of character death.
Emmanuel Osikpa is a college sophomore at the Johns Hopkins University majoring in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Hailing from Houston, Texas, Emmanuel has been interested in all forms of writing since a young age. He is strongly passionate in the realm of science, specifically genetics, and has applied his technical approach to science toward his writing. His writings employ a surgical harshness that in its own way provides meaningful insight into his existence as well as the human condition. With his writing he aims to help society unlock its full potential by understanding the problems and advantages it possesses.
