Simply being alive can feel overwhelming and exhausting if we don’t manage to find the time for ourselves and our personal needs. Being in a state of not giving your body and mind what they need can cause serious long-term physical and mental damage that might need professional treatment if not taken care of soon enough.

Through my personal experience with depression I can now help you find mindful ways to stay happy and healthy and not let your life be controlled by others or a negative and ill mindset.
Lisa Braun was born in Hamburg, Germany in September 1994, where she also grew up. Reading books was always an important thing in her life and at the age of 14 she started writing her first short texts and poems.
During her teenage years there were many factors that lead her through heavy depressive phases. Now, as a university student, she continues to write, in the hopes to help other people with similar problems and to spread the self-love.
