One day a car cut him off, and before he realized what was happening, he was engaged in a road race that very well could have left the other driver, himself or, worst of all, another innocent person dead. When he got home, he laid down in his bedroom with the lights off and struggled to get control of his breathing until his hands stopped shaking. He knew he was in trouble.
